Bright Pink!

Last week, I painted my nails a bright pink and added a black/white matte glitter top coat.

So I just used a 99-cent polish from Sally's Beauty Supply.  It's a really bubble-gummy kind of pink.

I added one (sort of thick) coat of Hard Candy "Black Tie Optional."

Crazy upside down picture, anyone?  XP

So that's about it.  Really simple and easy, but I think the matte, neutral colored glitters give it a little pop and make it interesting.
